General Conditions of Contract and Use of lockers Lock and Live Seville
OBJECT
These general conditions regulate the hiring of LockandLiveSevilla lockers, in its establishment located at Calle Ángel María Camacho, 3 – 41013, Sevilla. Likewise, these conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Florencio Fernández Rodríguezand the User who contracts the lockers service.

Florencio Fernández Rodríguez offers its Users the possibility of renting any of its lockers for individual hours or full days.
Florencio Fernández Rodríguez offers a total of 23 lockers, with 3 sizes, and 3 different prices (VAT included):
– 8 Lockers size M: 40cms. (Height) x 50cms. (Width) x 60cms. (Fund), €7.9/24h.
– 7 Lockers size L: 50cms. (Height) x 50cms. (Width) x 60cms. (Fund), €10.9/24h.
– 8 XL size lockers: 90cms. (Height) x 50cms. (Width) x 60cms. (Fund), €14.9/24h.
In the lockers, users can introduce any packages they want, as long as they do not contradict what is established in the Limits of Use.
Lockers can be rented for individual hours or full days.
During this period, the user will be able to access their belongings as many times as they want or need, every day of the week, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
PRICE
The prices applicable to each type of locker are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. All prices that appear on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax), and correspond to the rental of the lockers for single hours or full days.
LockandLiveSevilla may make any modifications it deems appropriate at any time, based on its needs and market conditions.
FUNCTIONING
At LockandLiveSevilla we have smart lockers where the entire reservation and use process is carried out automatically. Being able to do it in those two ways.
In order to hire lockers at LockandLiveSevilla, it is essential that the following requirements be met:
• Have reached or been older than 16 years.
• Accept these general conditions for contracting the service and using the lockers.
• Accept the privacy policy of LockandLiveSevilla, as the entity that owns the lockers.
MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF SERVICES
Reservations made at our location may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before.
MANAGEMENT OF INCIDENTS

RESERVATION FORM
The User guarantees that all data about his or her identity, as well as about the reservation provided, are true, accurate and complete.
The personal data provided will be used to manage the reservation and comply with the obligations arising for the parties of the left luggage service. lockandlivesevilla.com is entitled to process the personal data provided in the contracting process by the User as they are necessary for the provision. from service. The User, by contracting, expressly consents to the processing of their personal data in the terms detailed here.
USER OBLIGATIONS
Use lockers only as a temporary storage place for goods you own.
Use the lockers correctly, without causing damage to them, and ensuring that the locker is closed when the user leaves the premises.
This implies the commitment to use the lockers for legal and authorized purposes, committing not to store objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (stolen objects, drugs, etc…).
Likewise, do not introduce flammable, polluting or dangerous materials into the lockers; nor animal beings or living beings.
If any material that is deposited in the lockers requires a permit or license for its possession, have that license.
Do not bring food or drinks that are not packaged. Do not include money, jewelry, technological items (tablets, computers, televisions, etc.) or goods of special value in the lockers, the user’s sole and exclusive responsibility being the user’s decision to use the rented lockers to store this type of goods. special value.
Remove packages placed in the rented lockers before the end of the rental period. If you do not do so, you must pay the amount of the corresponding time slot to be able to open your locker. IMPORTANT
Do not exceed the capacity of the box office. Do not force the door when closing the locker. It could block the door, preventing it from opening.
Do not provide the password to third parties, with the user being responsible for any breach of these obligations. Do not use the lockers to exchange goods with third parties.
Access the premises only for the purpose of accessing the lockers, without remaining in the premises for longer than strictly necessary.
Do not take photos or recordings of the premises’ security mechanisms.
CONSEQUENCES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ITS OBLIGATIONS
The User must hold LockandLiveSevilla harmless for any damages arising from non-compliance with its obligations arising from this contract.
Incumplimiento del plazo de alquiler
In the event that the rental period is not met, and depending on availability and demand at the time, LockandLiveSevilla may empty and release the user’s lockers and store the packages in its warehouse to later manage their return.
The amount to be paid by the user for each day that passes since the rental expires, if the lockers have been released, will be the equivalent of the price of the locker.
If 10 days after concluding the rental period it has not been possible to contact the user, it will be understood that the goods have been abandoned by the user, so LockandLiveSevilla may stop keeping them, giving them the exit that it considers appropriate or convenient according to the type of abandoned property.
In the event that the user is contacted and their belongings have to be returned, a penalty of €150 will accrue that the User must pay to LockandLiveSevilla, regardless of Florencio Fernández Rodríguez’s right to claim the damages suffered. At the time LockandLiveSevilla delivers the packages to the carrier, the responsibility will be the user, and LockandLiveSevilla does not assume any risk for the transportation of the packages.
Failure to properly use the instructions
The User will be responsible for the objects that he introduces in the lockers.
If the user, when storing her belongings, exceeds the capacity and/or forces the door when closing the locker. In this case, the locker door may be blocked and cannot be opened when collecting luggage. If this occurs, the user must contact us and we will address their incident. The cost of this management / assistance will be €40.
In any case, the removal of prohibited packages will entail a penalty of €150, a penalty that will not exclude the obligation of the non-compliant User to compensate Florencio Fernández Rodríguezfor the damages actually caused.
Payment of penalties
The penalties detailed in this section will be paid by the User with the same payment method used by the User when contracting the service, or by the means that at that time is considered most appropriate by LockandLiveSevilla.
Damage caused to the lockers by Users
The User will be fully responsible for any damage or deterioration that may be caused to the lockers due to improper or inappropriate use. If necessary, the User must compensate Florencio Fernández Rodríguez for the physical damage caused to the locker(s) as well as for lost profits.
In particular and without limitation, the User causing the damage must pay Florencio Fernández Rodríguez a daily rental penalty per day in which the locker is unusable, as well as the cost of repair or replacement, which is quantified in the case of replacement at 1,500 €, regardless of the damages caused.
OBLIGATIONS OF LOCK&LIVESEVILLA
LockandLiveSevilla is obliged to keep the lockers service active and to make available to the User, during the contracted time, the lockers or lockers that the User has contracted in good condition of use. Likewise, LockandLiveSevilla undertakes to resolve any incident that may arise in the use of the lockers as soon as possible.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY OF Florencio Fernández Rodríguez AND INSURANCE
Florencio Fernández Rodríguez offers a space rental service in lockers, and is not responsible for the custody of the packages. The User is solely responsible for the goods included in the rented lockers. The user, if necessary, must file a report with the competent authorities in case of theft.
Notwithstanding the above, in the case of theft, Florencio Fernández Rodríguez has an insurance contract in favor of users that covers losses due to theft up to a maximum amount. To receive this benefit should it occur, the user must meet the requirements listed in the policy and work with Florencio Fernández Rodríguez to submit the claim to the insurer. The user must specifically and without exception, if this occurs, file a report with the authorities in case of theft.
This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological elements (LCD, GPS navigators, cell phones, computers, tablets), objects of art, antiques, memory cards or any other. Medium containing data or images.
CLAIMS

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit to Spanish jurisdiction to resolve any controversy that may arise in relation to this Contract.
